The pointy end of the Intrust Super Cup season is here and players are stepping up to show off their skills, pushing for finals berths, and certainly putting on a show for spectators.

Norths Devils talent Bryce Donovan returned to the field in style, playing a pivotal role in his side’s Round 16 win over Wynnum Manly Seagulls, earning himself the Hastings Deering player of the match gong and skipper honours for the Round 16 Team of the Week.

Each round, Queensland Rugby League recognises the 17 best performers and name the Intrust Super Cup Team of the Week. These team selections are based not only on statistical data, but also take on board live and broadcast viewings of the games, with the standout performer of the week named captain.
