Souths Logan Magpies weapon Ezra Mam was on fire during his side’s postponed Round 12 clash against Tweed Seagulls, earning himself Hastings Deering player of the match and skipper of the Round 12 Team of the Week. 

Each round, Queensland Rugby League recognises the 17 best performers and name the Intrust Super Cup Team of the Week. These team selections are based not only on statistical data, but also take on board live and broadcast viewings of the games, with the standout performer of the week named captain.

1. Matiu Stone-Dunn – Mackay Cutters

The Cutters fullback was in fine form during the postponed Round 12 clash against PNG Hunters. Stone-Dunn scored two tries, clocked a huge 245 run metres, registered one line break, one line break assist and one try assist during his 80 minutes on the field. Northern Pride fullback Grant Anderson was also strong, scoring one try and kicking four from four conversions.
